By placing an order, submitting documents, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and Refund Policy (“Terms”). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Fast Passport Center (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Fast Passport Center charges a service fee for document preparation, courier handling, and expediting assistance. Our service fee does not include U.S. government passport fees.
Government passport fees must be paid separately as part of the passport application process.
Fast Passport Center’s 3–9 Business Day services are expedited registered courier services.
FastPassportCenter.com is a private passport courier registered with the U.S. Department of State Passport Services courier program. Our service fees cover professional application assistance, document and photo review, and access to our registered courier submission services for eligible expedited passport applications.
These services can provide substantially faster processing options than standard passport processing without requiring the applicant to personally travel to a regional passport agency.
Applicants with qualifying urgent travel may also attempt to obtain an appointment directly with a U.S. Department of State passport agency. If you qualify, can secure an available appointment, and can travel to the agency, applying directly may be the fastest and least expensive option.
Passport agency appointments are subject to eligibility and availability, and regional passport agencies may not be conveniently located for all applicants. Fast Passport Center’s expedited courier services provide an alternative for eligible applicants who cannot obtain or conveniently attend an agency appointment, or who prefer professional application assistance and courier handling.
A separate U.S. government fee is required for all 3–9 Business Day passport-book services and is not included in the Fast Passport Center service fee paid on our website.
These government fees are separate from Fast Passport Center’s service fee and are required as part of the passport application process.
Important Self-Service Disclosure: Fast Passport Center’s Smart Saver service is an optional passport application assistance service. You are not required to use Fast Passport Center for 4–6 week passport processing.
You may apply directly through the U.S. Department of State or, when applicable, through an authorized passport acceptance facility such as a participating U.S. Post Office, and avoid paying Fast Passport Center’s service fee.
Our Smart Saver service does not provide faster government processing than comparable government processing available directly to the public. Our fee is for the professional assistance, review, tools, and convenience services we provide in preparing and guiding your application.

Government passport fees for Smart Saver are separate from Fast Passport Center’s service fee and vary depending on the applicant’s age, passport product, and government processing option selected.
Government fees may range from approximately $15 to $243.36 and are paid separately as part of the government passport application process.
If you are unsure of the correct government fee for your application, our team will help confirm the amount based on your passport type, age, and selected government processing option.
You authorize Fast Passport Center to submit your U.S. passport or travel visa application to the U.S. Department of State, U.S. passport agencies, foreign embassies, or consulates, and to receive delivery of the issued document on your behalf when authorized.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), government employees cannot discuss your passport application with us without your consent. By agreeing to these Terms, you provide this written authorization.
A travel itinerary, employer letter, or hotel confirmation may be required for expedited processing. You are responsible for providing these documents when required.
Fast Passport Center is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
Fast Passport Center is a privately owned passport expediting service registered with the U.S. Department of State Passport Services courier program.
Under this program, approved courier companies such as Fast Passport Center are authorized to hand-deliver eligible passport applications directly to participating U.S. passport agencies and retrieve completed passports when permitted.
Our couriers undergo federal background checks and must comply with standards required by the U.S. Department of State Passport Services courier program.
Through this program, Fast Passport Center receives agency-approved passport submission slots allocated to registered courier companies. These submission slots provide availability that is not accessible to the general public, allowing qualified passport applications to be processed faster in many situations.
Fast Passport Center is not part of, affiliated with, or an agent of the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of State, or any foreign government authority. We are a registered private passport courier service authorized to submit eligible applications through the Department of State courier program.

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in delays, additional government requests, or rejection of the application.
Processing times listed on our website or communicated by Fast Passport Center represent estimated processing windows based on typical conditions.
Processing times begin when complete documents are received by Fast Passport Center. Documents received before 10:00 a.m. ET begin processing that business day; please allow one additional business day for return shipping unless in-person pickup has been granted by the passport agency.
Actual processing times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including:
Processing time estimates are not guarantees, and passport issuance remains solely under the authority of the U.S. Department of State.
Customers are responsible for applying for passport services with sufficient time before their travel date.
Fast Passport Center is not responsible for missed flights, cruises, hotel reservations, or other travel arrangements resulting from passport processing delays.
Customers are strongly advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until their passport has been received.
Due to limited passport agency submission slots, refunds are limited as follows:
Non-refundable orders remain valid for 12 months and may be processed later or transferred to a family member or friend.
Refunds are not provided for:
Refund requests must be submitted using our electronic Refund Request Form (contact us to request the form).
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Passport Center’s liability is limited to the service fees paid to Fast Passport Center, excluding government fees.

By using our services, you release and hold Fast Passport Center harmless from related claims.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida.
Fast Passport Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
