Fast Passport Center charges a service fee for document preparation, courier handling, and expediting assistance. Our service fee does not include U.S. government passport fees.

You authorize Fast Passport Center to submit your U.S. passport or travel visa application to the U.S. Department of State, U.S. passport agencies, foreign embassies, or consulates, and to receive delivery of the issued document on your behalf when authorized.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), government employees cannot discuss your passport application with us without your consent. By agreeing to these Terms, you provide this written authorization.
A travel itinerary, employer letter, or hotel confirmation may be required for expedited processing. You are responsible for providing these documents when required.
Fast Passport Center is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS) or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
Fast Passport Center is a privately owned passport expediting service that is registered with the U.S. Department of State Passport Services as an approved courier under the passport agency hand-carry program.
Under this program, approved courier companies such as Fast Passport Center are authorized to hand-deliver passport applications directly to participating U.S. passport agencies and retrieve completed passports when permitted.
Our couriers undergo federal background checks and must comply with strict standards required by the U.S. Department of State Passport Services courier program.
Through this program, Fast Passport Center receives agency-approved passport submission slots allocated to registered courier companies. These submission slots provide daily availability that is not accessible to the general public, allowing qualified passport applications to be processed faster in many situations.
Fast Passport Center is not part of, affiliated with, or an agent of the U.S. government, the U.S. Department of State, or any foreign government authority. We are a registered private passport courier service authorized to submit applications through the Department of State courier program.

Processing time estimates are not guarantees, and passport issuance remains solely under the authority of the U.S. Department of State.
Customers are responsible for applying for passport services with sufficient time before their travel date.
Fast Passport Center is not responsible for missed flights, cruises, hotel reservations, or other travel arrangements resulting from passport processing delays.
Customers are strongly advised not to make non-refundable travel arrangements until their passport has been received.
Due to limited passport agency submission slots, refunds are limited as follows:
Non-refundable orders remain valid for 12 months and may be processed later or transferred to a family member or friend.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fast Passport Center’s liability is limited to the service fees paid to Fast Passport Center, excluding government fees.
